backstory:
Jiu was born to a mother with no home. Abandoned by her father, she had no recollection of her upbringing- other than her mother. How was she to know her human mother was raising a Wiccan?
On Jiu’s 18th birthday, her powers came alive. She nearly burned down their entire cottage and her mother could have perished along with it.
With no control over her magic, her mother sent her to the only place she could think of... to her great aunt’s farm.
Jiu’s great aunt was on her father’s side of the family. She had always been in Jiu’s life, but never had the younger Wiccan known she was of magical bloodline.
Jiu came to find that her father had passed on to the Otherworld, and that she was the heir to his inheritance. The young Wiccan soon learned all she could from her great aunt. Not wanting anything to do with her father’s mansion, she sold it.
Now she lives in her own cottage on her own land- deep within the wood and on the edge of a beautiful lake, undisturbed by any human kind...
until now.

backstory:
Seonghwa is a recent graduate from college with a masters in education and minor in anatomy. This is his second year teaching, and he is one of the most popular professors at his university.
